Yealink Reflects On Successful 2016
2016 was a year of many exciting developments for global leading unified communication (UC) terminal solution provider Yealink. In this article, we will review some of our highlights in 2016.
• Video Collaboration Solutions Yealink entered into the video conferencing (VC) market in 2015 with VC series room system, T49G desktop phone and VC Desktop app. Yealink’s primary mission for 2016 was to make these products even better for customers. So early in 2016, Yealink released the enhanced VC120-12X Room System. Then, Yealink followed up with the release of the VC Mobile app, so that customers could have ubiquitous coverage in meeting rooms with the VC series, on the desktop using the video phone and VC Desktop app, and on mobile devices with the VC mobile app. In 2016, Yealink’s hardware endpoint solution achieved compatibility with Zoom, BlueJeans, Crestron, Pexip and other leading platforms and solutions providers.
• Skype for Business HD IP Phones
In 2016, three more of Yealink Skype for Business HD IP phones passed certification, meaning that Yealink now has a complete phone line with solutions for all types of users from executives to receptionists, and from SMBs to large enterprises in Microsoft environments.
• Yealink IP Phone Solutions
Yealink also enhanced this year its wireless DECT phone solutions with the addition of an upgraded DECT phone W56P and also enhanced the T2 series desktop IP phones with a new Gigabit T27G phone, satisfying customers’ diversified needs.
• Yealink Services Regarding services, Yealink in August announced a partnership with Sunland Logistics Solutions in North America, an enabler of third-party logistics services. Sunland Logistics is now providing Yealink with improved stock control, to ensure customers in the region always have access to a rich product inventory, and timely shipments. What’s more, Yealink also announced in 2016 the release of a new Technical Support Platform at support.yealink.com. This new Support Platform gives Yealink distribution partners and business end users a more powerful, unified online platform for product resources and technical services.
So, what can you expect from Yealink in 2017? In the near future, Yealink will present stronger video conferencing solutions by launching new room systems that feature the industry’s most powerful built-in multipoint capacity. We will also launch Meeting Server solution and Cloud Management Service. Make sure to be on the lookout for Yealink’s new Skype for Business endpoints in 2017, too! Over the course of the next year, Yealink will finish Microsoft Office 365 certifications. What’s more, Yealink is planning to upgrade its popular T4 series desktop IP phones to the T4S series. Yealink will also launch a brand new T5 series IP phones, which will include Yealink’s first-ever Android phones. |
