        ¿Para qué sirve este programa?
        Para comprender mejor las necesidades de los usuarios, creamos este programa de investigación de usuarios y nos comunicamos con personas que desean compartir sus ideas con los productos Yealink. Creemos que esto podría ayudarnos a lograr la adecuación del producto al mercado y también aportar más valor a nuestros clientes.


        ¿Qué pasará después de que me registré y me uní a este programa?
        Registrarse significa que está dispuesto a recibir invitaciones de Yealink para participar en nuestro proyecto de investigación de usuarios más adelante. Si está calificado para un estudio específico en el futuro, es posible que le pidamos que pruebe un prototipo o que lo entrevistemos para comprender mejor su experiencia. Tienes derecho a rechazar un estudio específico o abandonar el programa en cualquier momento que desees.


        ¿Qué debo hacer? ¿En un proyecto de investigación?
        La mayor parte del estudio es una entrevista individual en línea, que también incluye encuesta, prueba remota de prototipos y entrevista en persona. Siempre nos comunicaremos con usted con información sobre el estudio y el método utilizado antes de hacer cualquier arreglo final.


        ¿Qué gano yo con esto?
