           Yealink Reflexiona Sobre El éxito De 2016



        2016 fue un año de muchos desarrollos interesantes para Yealink, proveedor líder mundial de soluciones de terminales de comunicaciones unificadas (UC). En este artículo, revisaremos algunos de nuestros aspectos más destacados en 2016.

         

        • Soluciones De Colaboración De Vídeo

         

        Yealink ingresó al mercado de videoconferencias (VC) en 2015 con el sistema de sala de la serie VC, el teléfono de escritorio T49G y la aplicación de escritorio VC. La misión principal de Yealink para 2016 fue hacer que estos productos sean aún mejores para los clientes. A principios de 2016, Yealink lanzó el sistema de sala VC120-12X mejorado..         • Servicios Yealink

         

        En cuanto a los servicios, Yealink anunció en agosto una asociación con Sunland Logistics Solutions en Norteamérica, un facilitador de servicios logísticos de terceros. Sunland Logistics ahora proporciona a Yealink un mejor control de existencias para garantizar que los clientes de la región siempre tengan acceso a un rico inventario de productos y envíos oportunos. 

        Además, Yealink también anunció en 2016 el lanzamiento de una nueva plataforma de soporte técnico en support.yealink.com. Esta nueva plataforma de soporte brinda a los socios de distribución y usuarios finales comerciales de Yealink una plataforma en línea unificada y más poderosa para recursos de productos y servicios técnicos.

         

        Entonces, ¿qué se puede esperar de Yealink en 2017?

         

        En un futuro próximo, Yealink presentará soluciones de videoconferencia más potentes mediante el lanzamiento de nuevos sistemas de sala que cuentan con la capacidad multipunto integrada más potente de la industria.
