Ce guide fournit quelques améliorations de la présentation de l'identification des appels et des lignes connectées prises en charge sur les téléphones IP Yealink . Les téléphones IP Yealink prennent en charge la dérivation de l'identification des lignes d'appel et connectées à partir des en-têtes SIP et affichent le nom associé au numéro de téléphone sur l'écran LCD.

Ce guide s'applique aux téléphones IP Yealink suivant  :

Téléphones IP SIP-T58A, SIP VP-T49G, SIP-T48G, SIP-T46G, SIP-T42G, SIP-T41P, SIP-T40P, SIP-T29G, SIP-T23P/G, SIP-T21(P) E2, SIP -T19(P) E2, CP860, CP960 et W56P exécutant la version 80 ou ultérieure du micrologiciel

Téléphones SIP-T48S, SIP-T46S, SIP-T42S, SIP-T41S, SIP-T40G, SIP-T27G, CP920, W60P et W52PIP exécutant la version 81 du micrologiciel ou une version ultérieure

Téléphones IP VP59, W53P et CP930W-Base exécutant la version de micrologiciel 83 ou ultérieure

Présentation de l'identification de la ligne appelante

L'identification de la ligne appelante (abréviation CLIP), également appelée Caller ID, Calling Number Identification, est un service téléphonique disponible en Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). Il permet de transmettre le numéro de l'appelant à l'appelé pendant la sonnerie. L'identification de la ligne appelante peut également fournir un nom associé au numéro de la ligne appelante. Les informations transmises à l'appelé peuvent être affichées sur l'écran LCD du téléphone.

Configuration des téléphones IP Yealink prend en charge la dérivation de l'identification de la ligne appelante à partir des en-têtes SIP FROM, P-Preferred-Identity, P-Asserted-Identity et Remote-Party-ID dans la demande INVITE.

Les utilisateurs peuvent configurer la source d'identification de la ligne appelante pour les téléphones IP Yealink via l'interface utilisateur Web ou à l'aide du fichier de configuration. La source d'identification de la ligne appelante est configurable pour chaque compte.


Pour configurer la source d'identification de la ligne appelante via l'interface utilisateur Web  :

1. Appuyez sur , ou appuyez sur Menu->État sur le téléphone IP pour vérifier son adresse IP.
2.Ouvrez le navigateur Web sur l'ordinateur local.
3. Saisissez l'adresse IP (par exemple http://192.168.0.10 ou 192.168.0.10) dans la barre d'adresse du navigateur, puis cliquez sur Entrée.
4. Entrez le nom d'utilisateur (admin) et le mot de passe (admin) dans la boîte de dialogue contextuelle.
5. Cliquez sur Connexion pour vous connecter à l'interface utilisateur Web du téléphone IP.
6. Cliquez sur Compte->Avancé.
7. Sélectionnez la valeur souhaitée pour la source d'identification de la ligne d'appel dans le menu déroulant Source d'identification de l'appelant.

8. Cliquez sur Confirmer pour accepter la modification

Pour configurer la source d'identification de la ligne appelante à l'aide du fichier de configuration  :



1. Ajoutez/modifiez le paramètre source d'identification de la ligne appelante dans le fichier de configuration.

Le tableau suivant répertorie les informations des paramètres  :

(Pour VP59/SIP VP-T49G/SIP-T58A/T57W/T54W/T48U/T48G/T48S/T46U/T46G/T46S/T29G  : X varie de 1 à 16  ;

Verser SIP-T53W/T53/T43U/T42G/T42S  : X varie de 1 à 12  ; Pour W53P/W60P/CP930W-Base  : X varie de 1 à 8  ;

Pour SIP-T42U/T41P/T41S/T27G  : X varie de 1 à 6  ; Verser W52P/W56P  : X varie de 1 à 5  ;

Pour SIP-T33P/T33G  : X varie de 1 à 4  ; Verser SIP-T40P/T40G/T23P/T23G  : X varie de 1 à 3  ;

Verser SIP-T31P/T31G/T31/T21(P) E2  : X est compris entre 1 et 2  ;

Pour SIP-T30P/T30/T19(P) E2/CP860/CP920/CP960  :  X est égal à 1

Par exemple, pour configurer le paramètre du compte 1 pour prendre en charge l'identification de la ligne appelante à partir des en-têtes PAI et FROMSIP, le paramètre suivant doit être ajouté dans le fichier de configuration  :

compte.1.cid_source= 2

2. Téléchargez le fichier de configuration dans le répertoire racine du serveur de téléchargement et effectuez le provisionnement automatique pour configurer les téléphones IP Yealink .
