Inviter une salle à une réunion

Utilisez Outlook pour réserver une salle équipée de Microsoft Teams Rooms

Conseils:  Pour empêcher l'affichage du nom de la réunion dans la salle Teams  devant la salle et  des consoles à écran tactile pour que toute personne présente dans la salle puisse les voir, marquez la réunion comme «  Privée  » dans Outlook.

  1. Ouvrir Outlook  et allez dans votre calendrier.

  2. Sélectionner  Réunion de nouvelles Teams  dans le  Teams de la Réunion  section ou  Nouvelle réunion , alors  Teams de la Réunion .

  3. Sélectionner  Recherche de chambre  dans le planifier des réunions ou saisir l'adresse e-mail de la salle de conférence.

  4. Sélectionner  Afficher une liste de chambres  et trouver un bâtiment ou une liste.

  5. Choisissez une chambre dans la liste des chambres disponibles.

  6. Remplissez l'invitation à la réunion comme vous le feriez pour toute autre réunion avant de l'envoyer.

Utilisez Microsoft Teams pour réserver une salle équipée de Microsoft Teams Rooms

  1. Ouvrez Microsoft Teams et accédez à votre calendrier.

  2. Sélectionner  Nouvelle réunion  pour planifier une réunion. Sélectionnez un type de réunion dans le menu déroulant pour planifier un webinaire ou un événement en direct.

  3. Sélectionner  Ajouter les participants requis  dans le désigner de réunions et saisir le nom ou l'adresse de la salle de conférence.

  4. Choisissez une chambre dans la liste des chambres disponibles.

  5. Remplissez l'invitation à la réunion comme vous le feriez pour toute autre réunion avant de l'envoyer.

Note:  Pour les événements en direct, vous pouvez ajouter une salle en tant que présentateur, mais pas en tant que producteur ou participant.

Utilisez Microsoft Teams pour ajouter une Microsoft Teams Room à une réunion existante

  1. Rejoignez la réunion depuis votre appareil personnel.

  2. Sélectionner  Personnes .

  3. Rechercher le nom de la salle (il est sur la console)  et sélectionnez  D'ACCORD .

  4. Acceptez l'appel sur la console pour rejoindre la réunion.

Utilisez Teams ou Outlook pour ajouter une Microsoft Teams Room à une réunion existante

  1. Ouvrez la réunion dans Teams ou Outlook sur votre appareil personnel.

  2. Ajouter le nom de la salle (il se trouve sur la console) à la liste des participants  ou trouvez la pièce en utilisant  Recherche de chambre  dans le planifier des réunions (disponible dans Outlook)  et envoyez la mise à jour.

  3. Si la réunion est acceptée, elle apparaîtra sur la console.

  4. Sélectionnez la réunion sur la console à laquelle vous souhaitez participer.
