Developed for Yealink's authorized distributors, the Yealink Senior Certified Microsoft Solution Engineer (CMSE Senior) Program is a training program that qualifies Yealink distributors as experts in our Yealink Microsoft solutions, helping our distributors to increase their knowledge of Yealink Microsoft solution's advanced features and to enhance their technical expertise. Achieving CMSE Senior certification helps our distributors to grow their business by providing more efficient technical support and troubleshooting for their customers and by ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Please go to Yealink Support and download self-learning materials- Yealink Microsoft Solution Training Package. You can download from the link below:

Step 3: Start Training Course
Yealink offers regular online training courses and self-study training package for participants to choose. You can choose to learn the training package which includes training materials and training recordings. Yealink CMSE training includes 2 sessions:
Session 1:
• Yealink Microsoft Solutions Training. (Audio/ Video/ YMCS & YDMP)

Step 4: Attend The Senior CMSE Test
Yealink will email the test link and account to you within two weeks of your application.
Step 5: Certification
Candidates who pass Yealink's online test will receive an official Yealink certificate, which is valid for two years. Yealink will send an email to remind you to take the exam to renew the certificate one month before the certificate expires.
