(1) We assure that the whistleblower information and the content of the report are confidential, and we have implemented comprehensive measures to ensure the confidentiality of such information. We promise to take every whistleblower's feedback seriously, respect employees' right to a fair hearing and appeal in accordance with the law, use dedicated personnel to investigate and verify feedback issues, handle and respond to employee complaints promptly, and ensure that any disciplinary measures taken against employees are appropriate.
(2) We respect and protect the privacy rights of whistleblowers and strictly prohibit the leakage of personal information of whistleblowers or information provided by whistleblowers to ensure that whistleblowers will not face retaliation. Regardless of whether the individuals involved are internal employees or external personnel, once the reported information is verified, we will offer material rewards based on the nature of the incident, the extent of its impact, and the reporter's contribution, while ensuring strict confidentiality. We strictly prohibit any form of retaliation against whistleblowers, witnesses, and investigators. If such behavior is identified, the company will investigate and address it severely. We also do not want anyone to fabricate facts, maliciously attack, or slander us. If the aforementioned behavior is discovered, the company reserves the right to pursue legal action.
