The first reseller who registers the opportunity and
provides info including the follows may get approved with initial discount
1. Mandatory
info on Yealink ORS (Opportunity Registration System).
2. Why
the reseller is well-positioned to win this deal for Yealink.
3. Pre-sale
works the reseller has done for Yealink work headsets on this opportunity.
4. Advise
if the reseller is the incumbent headset reseller for this end customer.
Approved
resellers may get larger discount if:
1. Info
that prove the current Yealink price is not enough to win the deal (such as competitors prices,
end customer’ budget, etc.) and provide the reseller with expected
margin.
2. Info
that prove the values the reseller has done/will do for Yealink headsets.
3. Info
that prove the end customer agrees to use the reseller as the desk phone headset supplier.
4. Yealink
will determine the exact discount, and send the special price via distributors.
5. Documentations
or the end customer for the above would be a big plus.
Yealink may cancel the deal registration approval and
the discount under circumstances including the follows.
1. If a
deal gets registered by multiple resellers and the reseller who holds the
discount could not
update the progress in 7 calendar days. Yealink may
communicate with the end user or request
documents to verify.
2. If the
Reseller is not actively working on the Deal for more than 30 calendar days, Opportunity
Registration System is not being updated with the Deal sales activity for more
than 30 calendar
days or the Reseller has been inattentive to the end-user’s
needs (for example, by failing to
respond to the end-user’s or Yealink
communications)
3. If the
Reseller is not able to fulfill the Deal or provide support for the end-user
(for example, by
failing to have sufficient credit available for the Deal, if
the end-user refuses to work with the
Reseller, or, with respect to government
Deals, if the Reseller doesn’t possess the required
security clearances);
4. If the
end-user chooses to fulfill its bid requirements under a contract vehicle which
is not held by
the registering Reseller, or in a manner that prevents the
registering Reseller from being able to
fulfill the deal;
5. If the
Reseller submitted Deal information is inaccurate, fraudulent, or if the Deal
Registration
information causes damage to Yealink.
6. If
Reseller orders significantly more units than those detailed in the relevant
Deal Registration
request and/or utilizes Deal specific pricing to order units
and resell to other organization(s) that
the Deal Registration was not for.
7. Severe
violation may cause the deauthorization of the Reseller.
