What is the talk time of my WH62 wireless office headset?
The talk time of the WH62 mono headset is up to 13 hours, the WH62 dual headset is up to 14 hours.
What is the range between the WH62 office headset and the base?
The range from the base to the office headset can be up to 160m/525 feet for the WH62. However, the actual content may be shorter due to physical obstructions such as walls. Moving beyond the scope while talking, you will hear an “out of range” tone from the wireless headset. When you move back in the range, the current call will continue. The DECT wireless headset will automatically power off if you remain out of scope for 10 minutes.
How long does it take to charge my WH62 headset?
It takes approximately 2.5 hours to charge your headset fully. After fully charged, the LED glows green. The WH62 mono headset has up to 13 hours of battery, the WH62 dual headset has up to 14 hours of battery.
How can the WH62 wireless headset connect to the other brand IP Phones?
