FAQ
What is the range between the WH63 wireless office headset and the base?
The range from the base to the wireless headsets with mic can be up to 120m/394 feet for the WH63 conference headset. However, the actual content may be shorter due to physical obstructions such as walls. Moving beyond the scope while talking, you will hear an “out of range” tone from the DECT headset. When you move back in the range, the current call will continue. The headset with microphone will automatically power off if you remain out of scope for 10 minutes.
What is the difference between Teams and UC version of WH63 wireless office headset?
The function keys on the base are different. The Teams version supports the Teams-related function; the UC version is the voice assistant button, which implements the voice assistant function when the operating system and softphone support it.
How can WH63 DECT headset connect to Yealink T3 Series?
