The VESA hole spacing for MeetingBoard 65 is 400×600mm, and for MeetingBoard 86, it is 600×800mm.
The MeetingBoard device is available in two sizes:
65-inch model: Width 1490mm, Height 936mm, Thickness 96mm.
86-inch model: Width 1967mm, Height 1205mm, Thickness 96mm.
The Yealink MeetingBoard can be mounted on solid brick walls, concrete walls (using expansion screws), or other reinforced walls (using self-tapping screws) that are vertical to the ground and have a thickness greater than 20 cm.
Wall reinforcement must be verified before installation. To verify, install a screw and test the single screw load by using a weight equivalent to the device's load (for the 65-inch model, 35kg; for the 86-inch model, 45kg). The test should last 1 minute, and the screw should remain secure without loosening.
We recommend that the installation height of the 65-inch host is about 1470mm, and the installation height of the 86-inch host is about 1580mm. Users can choose a suitable location according to actual needs.

To use the whiteboard, ensure you invite accounts under the same organization via the Teams client and schedule a meeting. The meeting information will be synchronized with the MeetingBoard, and once you join the reserved meeting from the MeetingBoard, the whiteboard feature will be available.
The whiteboard content cannot be saved directly on the MeetingBoard but can only be saved using the Teams PC client.
To save the whiteboard, join the meeting from the client. When the MeetingBoard shares the whiteboard, you can save it by clicking the settings button in the upper right corner and selecting Export.

Not supported yet. MeetingBoard currently only supports Yealink MCore OPS. MCore OPS can be used when MeetingBoard is 155.15.0.37 or later version.
The PTZ camera supports hot plug-in, allowing you to plug it into the Meetingboard even while it's in operation. Once you see a 'connected' message on the Meetingboard, it indicates that the camera is successfully connected and operational. For how to install, you can refer the video:Install MB-Camera.
After connecting the camera to the Meetingboard, both cameras on the Meetingboard will work together. The built-in camera will initially capture the target, triggering the attached PTZ camera to rotate and focus on the same target.
As demonstrated in the video, the cameras cooperate seamlessly, with the PTZ camera repositioning itself to track a new target when the built-in camera captures it first.
The camera supports AI features, including Auto Framing, Speaker tracking, PIP mode and the Zoom Smart Gallery. Auto Framing enables the camera to automatically adjust its angle to include all participants within its field of view. For wider angles, the Meetingboard utilizes the built-in camera, while for more distant targets, it utilizes the PTZ camera. The Speaker tracking feature allows the Meetingboard to locate the source of sound and capture the speaker. The built-in camera captures it initially, and then the PTZ camera repositions itself to capture the speaker.
Yes.
When the ETV is connected to the computer through the HDMI cable, it is only used as a touch display and cannot implement functions such as firmware update and display parameter configuration when used with the MeetingBoard 65/86.
The image displayed on the dual screen is determined by the logic of the third-party app, and the display methods of different platforms are inconsistent.
