Yealink Common Error Codes

The common error codes and their corresponding troubleshooting methods are as follows in the table below.

Error Code	Description	Cause	Resolution
0x33101	The Yealink Wireless Presentation Pod could not detect WPPX0.	• USB port has poor contact • The system cannot recognize • HID interface is occupied by other software.	• Replug WPPX0 • Change the computer’s USB port that WPPX0 is connected to.
0x33102	WPPX0 failed to connect to the endpoint's wireless AP.	• The wireless AP is not enabled or the AP is lost • WPPX0 Issue.	• Check if the phone can connect to the endpoint AP. • Try changing the AP channel. • Turn off and then turn on the AP, then try again. • (Optional) Cross-test by replacing either the endpoint or WPPX0 for testing.
0x33103	Failed to connect to the endpoint via the computer network.	No network is available on the computer.	Check if the computer can ping the endpoint when the endpoint and computer are not connected to the same local network.
0x33004/ 0x33005	Abnormal connection when downloading firmware or checking the firmware version.	Abnormal network.	• Check if the signal strength is normal. • Provide packet capture files
0x33009	Software loading failed.	No software inside WPPX0.	Make sure that the endpoint configuration wpp.software.source is set to vcs.
0x30013	No preset wireless presentation pod software was found in the endpoint.	File loading is slow or files have been accidentally deleted.	Need to upload WPPX0 firmware.
0x33000	Endpoint communication issue.	Network interference interruption.	Provide packet capture files.
